Non covered breakdowns:
- Any work, alterations, repairs, or service performed by anyone other than ProSoft Technician, unless specifically directed to do so by a ProSoft Technician. (changing the time of day as necessary remains the responsibility of the homeowner in the event of a power outage)
- Any damage or breakdown caused by the actions of another person whether intentional or accidental. (For example; vehicle bumping any part of the unit, damage from lawn equipment, digging, etc)
- Units NOT purchased from and installed by ProSoft Water Treatment will not be covered under this warranty.
