Getting our water softener and RO system with ProSoft Water was a breeze! We received a verbal quote immediately (during the conversation) and afterwards did send some pictures to confirm info discussed was accurate. Then within minutes had an email with the quote for approval and to get scheduled. Absolutely NO pressure to purchase! Bennett was our installer and he did a fantastic job!

If I could give "ProSoft Water" 💧 10 stars I would. Bennett Johnson may have a baby face but he is very professional, courteous, & knowledgeable. He did a wonderful job installing our new water softener and we were very impressed with his work ethic. ProSoft Water 💧 is fairly priced and David had it installed promptly. He didn't over sell and I greatly appreciate the honesty. Make sure to contact ProSoft Water before going with any other water softener company! Trust me you won't be disappointed!
