Installation was easy. Bennett was very nice and did a great job.
We were very pleased with the ProSoft Company starting with David, the owner, who was very knowledgeable and alway available for questions. Bennett, our installer explained what he was doing, showed us what he was doing and was a very neat worker. Besides all that, the price was reasonable and their work ethics were outstanding. I would recommend them!!

Getting our water softener and RO system with ProSoft Water was a breeze! We received a verbal quote immediately (during the conversation) and afterwards did send some pictures to confirm info discussed was accurate. Then within minutes had an email with the quote for approval and to get scheduled. Absolutely NO pressure to purchase! Bennett was our installer and he did a fantastic job!
They are all about educating their customers and providing excellent installation and explaining how your new system works and how to keep it providing you with great quality water for your home. I have never had someone spend so much time answering my questions and providing me with all the available options for safe quality water. Installation was expertly and cleanly completed by Bennett Whig also included a reverse osmosis system under the kitchen sink. I am more than pleased with ProSoft their staff and system. Definitely recommend and more than worthy of 5 stars. We need more businesses and people like this.
