I rarely leave public reviews, but the team at ProSoft did such a great job that I'm happy to share the experience. My old water softener, which came with the house I bought, recently failed, so I called ProSoft to troubleshoot and repair the unit, if possible. We determined that it was 17 years old and approaching end-of-life; repairing it would have cost nearly the same as replacing it, and it probably wouldn't have lasted much longer. Within a day, the ProSoft team assembled several proposals for me with a few replacement options, and the very next day they were able to squeeze me onto the schedule. They removed the old unit and had the new one up and running within two hours. I was completely satisfied with the team, their expertise, the product line, and the pricing.
