We offer advanced water purification solutions for your home.

At ProSoft Water, we specialize in providing high-performance water purification systems to homes. Our mission is to ensure every household has access to safe, clean, and great-tasting water that is free from impurities and harmful contaminants.

Water purification goes beyond simple filtration. Although filtration mainly removes large particles, such as debris and sediment, purification targets microscopic pollutants, like viruses, bacteria, chlorine, heavy metals, and other types of dissolved solids. The purification process takes the quality and safety of your water to a new level, making it ideal for cooking, drinking, and everyday use.

We are your source for several types of water purification systems, including UV sterilization, advanced carbon filtration, and reverse osmosis systems. We carefully select each system based on the unique water profile of your home and your personal needs. Before making recommendations, our experienced technicians will conduct thorough water testing and provide customized recommendations that align with your budget and your needs.

Purified water not only improves the taste and smell of your water but also supports better health and helps extend your appliances’ lifespan. Whether you are worried about contaminants coming into your home or want to treat well water, we are here to help.

“Very good pricing."

“David was great on the initial contact and explaining all the services. Very good pricing as well. On the install, Bennett did a great job and was very respectful and clean in our house. Would recommend for anyone.”

Evan Smith

David and his team are the best! Needless to say, we didn’t make it easy on him while we were deciding the best Reverse Osmosis system for our home. But he stayed patient throughout and gave all the details we asked for to make an informed decision.

Wonderful communication from start to finish and the install with Evan was a great experience. We now have a RO system we are confident is the perfect choice.

Post 2024:
Had an amazing customer service experience from the beginning to end with Prosoft. Starting with getting a quote from Liz and David through to completion of install by Connor. Everyone was very polite, easy to talk to, and very patient answering my questions.
No fear mongering with sales, just good straight forward business.
Absolutely love my water softner for my home and reverse osmosis under my sink with the new faucet. They cut through my garage wall to install the softner inside and did a beautiful job with the pipe work. It looks very clean and they sealed it up inside and out very nicely. I can't recommend this company enough, just call them, youre going to be so happy you did.

Update 09/15/26
Moved homes and called them again as a return customer, just as happy and as pleased as I was the first time. Had 3 guys out on my service call; Evan, Bennett, and didn't catch the 3rd guy but we're all super polite and professional. Did a fantastic job.

Two techs were very professional. Told me what they were going to do. How much it was going to cost. Explained the results of the tests. They were quick.

Prosoft did an absolutely outstanding job installing our water filtration system and reverse osmosis dispenser. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free.

David, Evan, and Bennett were all incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure the installation was done perfectly. Their attention to detail and professionalism really stood out.

We couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work and highly recommend Prosoft to anyone looking for a reliable water filtration solution. Fantastic team and excellent service!

We’ve had our old system for 11 years now, but unfortunately have not had any luck with the original company because they didn’t want to come out to the Wesley Chapel area anymore.

I went online and found Prosoft Water Treatment and scheduled an appointment for David and Evan to come out and look at it. They were actually very gracious to try to troubleshoot over the phone initially, but nothing worked.

They came out and evaluated my system and gave me multiple options. I ended up going with this new system, which I’m very happy with. David and Evan are truly genuine guys that are trying to help, and don’t make you feel like you’re getting ripped off.

Highly recommend if you’re looking to get a new system or just have someone service yours annually. Also didn’t realize that they can take care of my reverse osmosis, so that’s another plus!

A very pleasant experience, the crew was polite, knowledgeable, and professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing water treatment service. Greg and Carolyn Ford.

After purchasing my new home, I discovered that the water treatment system had been unused for over half a year. David from ProSoft Water came out and quickly diagnosed the system. His knowledge and professionalism immediately put me at ease. He thoroughly explained the current condition of the system, highlighted areas that needed attention, and offered practical recommendations for moving forward. It's refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares about helping customers make informed decisions. I look forward to working with David and his team for years to come.
