Had an amazing customer service experience from the beginning to end with Prosoft. Starting with getting a quote from Liz and David through to completion of install by Connor. Everyone was very polite, easy to talk to, and very patient answering my questions.
No fear mongering with sales, just good straight forward business.
Absolutely love my water softner for my home and reverse osmosis under my sink with the new faucet. They cut through my garage wall to install the softner inside and did a beautiful job with the pipe work. It looks very clean and they sealed it up inside and out very nicely. I can't recommend this company enough, just call them, youre going to be so happy you did.

Moved homes and called them again as a return customer, just as happy and as pleased as I was the first time. Had 3 guys out on my service call; Evan, Bennett, and didn't catch the 3rd guy but we're all super polite and professional. Did a fantastic job.

Two techs were very professional. Told me what they were going to do. How much it was going to cost. Explained the results of the tests. They were quick.

We’ve had our old system for 11 years now, but unfortunately have not had any luck with the original company because they didn’t want to come out to the Wesley Chapel area anymore.
I went online and found Prosoft Water Treatment and scheduled an appointment for David and Evan to come out and look at it. They were actually very gracious to try to troubleshoot over the phone initially, but nothing worked.
They came out and evaluated my system and gave me multiple options. I ended up going with this new system, which I’m very happy with. David and Evan are truly genuine guys that are trying to help, and don’t make you feel like you’re getting ripped off.
Highly recommend if you’re looking to get a new system or just have someone service yours annually. Also didn’t realize that they can take care of my reverse osmosis, so that’s another plus!

I rarely leave public reviews, but the team at ProSoft did such a great job that I'm happy to share the experience. My old water softener, which came with the house I bought, recently failed, so I called ProSoft to troubleshoot and repair the unit, if possible. We determined that it was 17 years old and approaching end-of-life; repairing it would have cost nearly the same as replacing it, and it probably wouldn't have lasted much longer. Within a day, the ProSoft team assembled several proposals for me with a few replacement options, and the very next day they were able to squeeze me onto the schedule. They removed the old unit and had the new one up and running within two hours. I was completely satisfied with the team, their expertise, the product line, and the pricing. I worked primarily with Bennett and David and found them to be highly professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend the ProSoft team!
